  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  11. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure products are brought to market on schedule.
  12. Document and maintain accurate records of design processes and decisions.
  13. Contribute to the growth and success of the R&D team by sharing knowledge, providing mentorship, and participating in team meetings and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Fda And Iso.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mechanical Design Principles And Experience With Cad Software.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Research And Development In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Ability To Work In A Cross-Functional Team And Communicate Effectively With Other Engineers, Scientists, And Stakeholders.
