Job Description

Stryker is actively seeking a Material Resource Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a unique combination of analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. As the Material Resource Planner, you will be responsible for the timely procurement, delivery, and inventory of all materials and supplies, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you should have proven experience in the field of material resource planning, supply chain, and demand planning. Familiarity with inventory, forecasting, and distribution systems is a must. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are also essential. Additionally, you should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilites:

  1. Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize stock levels.
  2. Analyze supply and demand to recommend appropriate action plans.
  3. Create and maintain reports related to material resource planning.
  4. Analyze trends and develop forecasts to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
  6. Establish and maintain inventory management systems.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  8. Monitor and manage the purchasing, delivery, and storage of materials.
  9. Collaborate with departments and teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service.
