  1. Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and match purchase orders.
  2. Accurately record and document all materials received and distributed.
  3. Safely and efficiently load and unload materials using appropriate equipment.
  4. Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production needs.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and fulfill material requests.
  6. Monitor and maintain proper storage conditions for materials to prevent damage or loss.
  7. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  8. Identify and report any issues or concerns with materials or inventory levels.
  9. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Assist in the implementation and improvement of material handling processes.
  11. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues or delays in material delivery.
  12. Train and mentor new material handlers as needed.
  13. Actively participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for process improvements.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste in material handling processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Warehouse Or Material Handling Roles, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Control Systems.

  • Ability To Operate Material Handling Equipment, Such As Forklifts And Pallet Jacks, Safely And Efficiently.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills To Ensure Timely And Accurate Delivery Of Materials.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Maintain Accurate Records And Documentation.
