- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to enhance Stryker's brand and reputation.
- Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve marketing and communication processes.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing and communication projects.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Stryker remains at the forefront of the medical technology industry.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and optimize marketing and communication processes.
- Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting our products and services.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and develop marketing materials and tools to support sales efforts.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Marketing Or Communications Leadership Role
