  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing and communications plans to support the business objectives of Stryker.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and communication efforts with overall company goals.
  3. Drive the success of marketing initiatives through effective planning, execution, and measurement.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to enhance Stryker's brand and reputation.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve marketing and communication processes.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for marketing and communication projects.
  8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Stryker remains at the forefront of the medical technology industry.
  10. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and optimize marketing and communication processes.
  12. Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting our products and services.
  13. Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and develop marketing materials and tools to support sales efforts.
  14. Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  15. Uphold Stryker's mission, vision, and values and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field
