Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving successful marketing and communications processes? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing & Communications Process Lead at Stryker. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our marketing and communications processes to ensure the most effective and efficient delivery of our messaging to our target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications as well as experience in process improvement and project management. If you are a creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for marketing and communications processes, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of marketing and communications processes, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and communications efforts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and executive leadership, to ensure cohesive and integrated messaging.
  5. Conduct research and gather data to inform marketing and communications strategies and processes.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing and communications strategies.
  7. Develop and manage budgets and timelines for marketing and communications initiatives.
  8. Maintain and update all marketing and communications process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  9. Train and mentor team members on marketing and communications processes and best practices.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all marketing and communications processes.
  11. Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on progress, challenges, and successes.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in marketing and communications processes and technologies.
  13. Handle any issues or challenges that may arise in the marketing and communications process in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  15. Continuously evaluate and measure the success of marketing and communications processes and make adjustments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Marketing And Communications, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Marketing Automation And Crm Systems, As Well As Proficiency In Social Media And Digital Marketing Strategies.
