  1. Oversee daily operations of manufacturing team on 1st shift, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  2. Lead, motivate, and train team members to meet production goals and maintain high quality standards.
  3. Monitor and maintain production schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  4. Collaborate with other team leads and departments to identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  6. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on production progress and any issues that arise.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues in a timely manner.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production processes.
  10. Stay updated on industry and company developments to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  12. Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
  13. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  14. Collaborate with other team leads and managers to develop and implement training programs for team members.
  15. Act as a role model and exemplify the company's values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Position Within A Manufacturing Environment. This Includes Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Production Processes.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Manufacturing Team Lead Must Have A Solid Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Assembly, Machining, And Quality Control. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry-Specific Equipment And Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Team Lead, Effective Communication Is Crucial In Order To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Facilitate Teamwork. The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Team Members And Other Departments Is Also Important.

  • Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment, Issues And Challenges Will Arise. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Think Critically, Troubleshoot Problems, And Make Sound Decisions To Keep Production Running Smoothly.

  • Knowledge Of Safety And Compliance Regulations: A Manufacturing Team Lead Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Compliance Regulations In Order To Maintain A Safe Work Environment And Ensure All Processes Are In Accordance With Industry Standards. Previous Experience With Osha Regulations And Iso Certifications Is Preferred.
