  1. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
  3. Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
  4. Provide technical support to production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any equipment or process issues.
  5. Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
  7. Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies to continuously improve processes and systems.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers to source and procure necessary parts and equipment for repair and maintenance.
  10. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Engineering Role Within The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Such As Cnc Machining, Injection Molding, And Assembly.

  • Experience With Quality Management Systems And Regulations, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Requirements.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
