- Lead and develop a team of sales operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align sales operations with overall business goals.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain sales analytics and reporting to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Proactively identify and address any operational challenges or bottlenecks that may impact sales effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain sales policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales operations to continuously improve processes.
- Monitor and manage sales technology systems, ensuring they are effectively supporting the sales team.
- Train and onboard new sales team members on sales processes and systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sales operations initiatives.
- Manage budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate sales operations performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales operations team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Operations, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry
Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Operations, Including Data Analysis, Forecasting, And Territory Management
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team
Proficiency In Salesforce Or Other Crm Software, As Well As Microsoft Excel And Powerpoint For Data Analysis And Reporting Purposes.
