In this role, you will play an integral part in planning and executing various meetings and events for our company.   1. Plan and execute various meetings and events for the company, including but not limited to conferences, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
  2. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their specific event needs and objectives, and ensure those are met through the events.
  4. Lead a team of event coordinators and support staff, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of events.
  5. Source and negotiate with external vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services for events.
  6. Oversee the entire event planning process, including venue selection, catering, transportation, audio-visual needs, and other logistical details.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely communication and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning to continuously improve the quality and impact of company events.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as any applicable regulations and laws, during the planning and execution of events.
  10. Monitor event performance and gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement them for future events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Corporate Or Medical Meetings And Events.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Vendors, And Colleagues.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Planning And Executing Large-Scale Events, Including Budget Management, Logistics, And Vendor Negotiations.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Technology, And Best Practices In Meetings And Events Planning.
