  1. Develop and oversee the overall strategy and planning for all company events and meetings, including trade shows, conferences, and internal events.
  2. Lead a team of event professionals to execute flawless events that align with company objectives and brand messaging.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand event goals and develop event plans that align with business objectives.
  4. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective event planning.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with event vendors, venues, and other partners to ensure quality and timely execution of events.
  6. Create and maintain event timelines, project plans, and detailed event budgets.
  7. Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio/visual needs, transportation, and accommodations.
  8. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to ensure event messaging and branding are consistent with company standards.
  9. Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  10. Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for future events.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning and execution.
  12. Mentor and train event team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  13. Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during events and proactively find solutions to ensure a positive attendee experience.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for event sponsorships and partnerships to enhance the company's brand and presence at industry events.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the company at events, maintaining a professional and knowledgeable presence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Event Planning Or Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders

  • Proficiency In Event Management Software And Technology, Such As Cvent Or Eventbrite, And Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices.
