  1. Plan and execute all company meetings and events, including but not limited to sales conferences, product launches, trainings, and employee recognition events.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event goals, themes, and agendas that align with company objectives.
  3. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  4. Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, food and beverage, transportation, audiovisual needs, and accommodations.
  5. Oversee event registration and communication to attendees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as hotels, event planners, and vendors, to ensure successful event execution.
  7. Lead event team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure all team members are aligned and working towards a common goal.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all legal and safety requirements, during event planning and execution.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve the event planning process, incorporating feedback and best practices to enhance the overall experience.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and standards to ensure events are relevant, innovative, and impactful.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker, promoting our mission, values, and culture through all events.
  12. Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events, making quick and effective decisions to ensure a successful outcome.
  13. Create post-event evaluations and reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting and mentoring team members as needed.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Medical Industry Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Organizing And Executing Large-Scale Events, Including Conferences, Trade Shows, And Corporate Meetings.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Event Coordinators And Vendors.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Stakeholders, And Colleagues.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Event Industry Best Practices, Including Budget Management, Contract Negotiation, And Logistics Planning.
