In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our company's meetings and events, both virtual and in-person.   1. Plan and Coordinate Meetings and Events: The Manager of Meetings and Events will be responsible for planning and coordinating all company meetings and events, including both virtual and in-person events. They will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to determine event objectives, create event timelines, and ensure all details are executed flawlessly.
  2. Manage Event Budgets: This role will require the ability to manage event budgets effectively. The Manager of Meetings and Events will be responsible for negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers, tracking expenses, and ensuring events are executed within budget.
  3. Execute Events: The Manager of Meetings and Events will be responsible for the overall execution of events. This includes managing all logistical details such as venue selection, event registration, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation.
  4. Develop Event Marketing Materials: This role will require the development of event marketing materials to promote and communicate event details to attendees. The Manager of Meetings and Events will work closely with the marketing team to create event invitations, agendas, and other relevant materials.
  5. Ensure Compliance: The Manager of Meetings and Events will ensure that all events are compliant with company policies and industry regulations. They will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and licenses for events as needed.
  6. Manage Event Staff: This role will require managing a team of event staff, including event coordinators and volunteers. The Manager of Meetings and Events will provide guidance and support to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  7. Liaise with Speakers and Presenters: The Manager of Meetings and Events will be responsible for coordinating with speakers and presenters to ensure they have all the necessary information and resources for their presentations. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Large-Scale Meetings And Events
