We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Meetings and Events to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional events for our customers and employees. As the Manager of Meetings and Events, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of meetings and events, both in-person and virtual. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating impactful experiences.   1. Develop and oversee the overall strategy and planning for all company meetings and events, including virtual events, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine event objectives, content, and logistics, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  3. Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning and execution of all meetings and events.
  4. Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service delivery.
  5. Oversee event registration and attendee management, including tracking RSVPs, managing waitlists, and handling cancellations.
  6. Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop event messaging and promotional materials.
  7. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure event speakers and presenters.
  8. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, AV setup, transportation, accommodations, F&B, and other event-related details.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of event professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event execution.
  11. Track and analyze event metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance event experiences.
  13. Create and maintain event timelines and project plans to ensure all deadlines are met.
  14. Prepare post-event reports and present findings to leadership.
  15. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to manage event-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Event Planning And Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends In Event Planning, Including Experience With Virtual And Hybrid Events.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Vendors, And Stakeholders.
