  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Japanese market.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team in order to increase market share and revenue.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and key opinion leaders in the healthcare industry.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and trends in the Japanese healthcare market.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and network with potential clients.
  12. Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and motivate team members to exceed them.
  13. Collaborate with the global ICM team to share best practices and drive global sales initiatives.
  14. Uphold a strong culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer focus within the sales team.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency within the sales function.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Industry, With A Focus On International Sales And Distribution.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Teams And Driving Business Growth.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Japanese Healthcare Market, Including Regulations, Reimbursement, And Customer Preferences.
