  1. Develop and implement inventory management strategies and processes to optimize global supply chain operations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of inventory analysts to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, manufacturing, and finance, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for inventory optimization.
  5. Create and maintain inventory management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
  7. Utilize inventory management software and tools to track and manage inventory levels and movements.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential inventory risks, such as stock shortages or excess inventory.
  9. Train and mentor team members on inventory management best practices and procedures.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  11. Prepare and present reports and analysis on inventory performance to senior management.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in inventory management technology and techniques.
  13. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of inventory processes and procedures.
  14. Manage and maintain inventory budgets and forecasts.
  15. Lead and support inventory-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Management, Preferably In A Global Setting

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage A Team And Drive Results

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Inventory Control Principles And Best Practices

  • Experience With Erp Systems, Preferably Sap, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Data Analysis Tools.
