- Develop and implement inventory management strategies and processes to optimize global supply chain operations.
- Lead and manage a team of inventory analysts to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, manufacturing, and finance, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for inventory optimization.
- Create and maintain inventory management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
- Utilize inventory management software and tools to track and manage inventory levels and movements.
- Identify and mitigate potential inventory risks, such as stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Train and mentor team members on inventory management best practices and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Prepare and present reports and analysis on inventory performance to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in inventory management technology and techniques.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of inventory processes and procedures.
- Manage and maintain inventory budgets and forecasts.
- Lead and support inventory-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Management, Preferably In A Global Setting
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage A Team And Drive Results
In-Depth Knowledge Of Inventory Control Principles And Best Practices
Experience With Erp Systems, Preferably Sap, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Data Analysis Tools.
