- Develop and implement global inventory management strategies and processes for all Stryker divisions and locations.
- Analyze inventory data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Lead and manage a team of inventory specialists to ensure efficient and effective inventory management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and operations, to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Develop and maintain inventory metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve processes.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Communicate inventory management strategies and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and manage budgets for inventory management activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to inventory management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Represent the Global Inventory COE in cross-functional meetings and projects.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Management And Supply Chain Operations.
Strong Understanding Of Global Inventory Processes And Best Practices.
Excellent Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.
Experience With Inventory Management Systems And Tools, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
