We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Global Inventory Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management processes and strategies across all Stryker divisions and locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of leading successful teams.   1. Develop and implement global inventory management strategies and processes for all Stryker divisions and locations.
  2. Analyze inventory data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  3. Lead and manage a team of inventory specialists to ensure efficient and effective inventory management practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and operations, to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
  7. Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
  8. Develop and maintain inventory metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve processes.
  10. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  11. Communicate inventory management strategies and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  12. Develop and manage budgets for inventory management activities.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to inventory management.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  15. Represent the Global Inventory COE in cross-functional meetings and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Management And Supply Chain Operations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Inventory Processes And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.

  • Experience With Inventory Management Systems And Tools, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
