Job Description

Welcome to Stryker, a global leader in medical technology and innovation. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Manager to join our Global Inventory Center of Excellence (COE). As the Manager of Global Inventory COE, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our inventory processes on a global scale.   1. Develop and implement inventory management strategies and processes that align with the company's objectives and goals.
  2. Oversee and manage global inventory operations, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing products.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and make data-driven decisions to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and sales, to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
  6. Conduct regular audits and analysis of inventory data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Lead and develop a team of inventory specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize their performance and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to inventory management.
  10. Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to provide regular updates and drive alignment towards inventory management goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Management, Supply Chain Operations, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Inventory Management Practices And Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Inventory Management Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.
