- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the medical device industry, specifically in the neurosurgical market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and clinical teams to gather insights and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Lead and manage a team of downstream marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success and growth.
- Utilize a variety of marketing channels and tactics to effectively promote and differentiate our neurosurgical products in the market.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Continuously assess and improve marketing processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company and its products at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

- Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker and its neurosurgical product portfolio, promoting a positive and professional image at all times.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Downstream Marketing, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Neurosurgical Products And Procedures.
