- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in the orthopedic robotics division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and proactively promote the Mako product line.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the benefits and features of the Mako system.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and market developments.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker and promote our mission of making healthcare better.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
- Travel as required to meet with customers and attend events.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In Orthopedics.
