- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
