As a Lead Kit Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our products and services by managing the development, production, and distribution of our surgical kits.   1. Manage the development, production, and distribution of surgical kits to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  2. Lead and supervise a team of kit specialists to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to develop and implement kit strategies that align with company goals.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of kits to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve kit production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Ensure all kits are produced in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  7. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure kits meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of kit components.
  9. Train and mentor new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surgical kits to inform and improve our own processes and products.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns regarding kits.
  12. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on kit production and performance.
  13. Create and maintain documentation and reports related to kit production, inventory, and distribution.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
  15. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Biomedical Engineering Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Medical Device Industry, Preferably In The Orthopedic Or Surgical Field.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Stryker's Products And Their Applications.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Technical Support To Customers.
