Job Description

At Stryker, we are looking for a highly motivated Lead Financial Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented individual with an analytical mindset and a passion for finance. The Lead Financial Analyst will be responsible for creating and monitoring financial strategies, providing financial insights to stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy of financial documents.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, as well as at least 5+ years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role. Additionally, the Lead Financial Analyst should have an in-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. A CPA or similar certification is desired but not required. Stryker is also seeking an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.We are excited to find the right candidate to join our team and support our company’s financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and monitor financial strategies, objectives, and plans in line with the company’s vision and goals.
  2. Analyze financial data, trends, and other information to provide insights to stakeholders.
  3. Ensure accuracy of financial documents and records.
  4. Create and maintain financial models to support financial decision-making.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and summaries.
  6. Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
  7. Analyze financial performance and recommend areas of improvement.
  8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve financial issues.
  9. Evaluate financial risk and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
