Job Description

Stryker is looking for a highly analytically-minded Lead Financial Analyst to join our team and help drive our financial operations forward. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong accounting background and passion for financial analysis. We’re looking for a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can work both independently and collaboratively.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience in the financial analysis field. They should have advanced knowledge of financial analysis concepts and techniques, and be experienced in developing financial models and reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of financial statements are also required. The Lead Financial Analyst will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive long-term growth.If you have the necessary qualifications and are passionate about financial analysis, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze financial data and develop detailed financial models.
  2. Create accurate financial statements and reports.
  3. Monitor financial performance and identify areas of improvement.
  4. Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve long-term growth.
  5. Monitor trends in the industry and recommend solutions to improve financial performance.
  6. Consult with leadership on financial matters and provide advice and guidance.
  7. Research and analyze new investment opportunities.
  8. Prepare budgets and forecasts to support organizational goals.
  9. Manage and reconcile accounting records.
  10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
