Lead Financial Analyst

Stryker is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and have a passion for financial analysis that drives business decisions. We are looking for someone who can bring strong technical knowledge, a customer-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills to the role.The Lead Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic advice and financial analysis to the business and senior management. This person will be the go-to person when it comes to understanding the financial performance of the company. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial planning and analysis, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically.To be successful in this role, the Lead Financial Analyst should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least five years of experience in financial analysis. In addition, the successful candidate should have advanced Excel skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with financial planning and analysis software such as Hyperion and Cognos is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Lead Financial Analyst:
