1. Lead and manage the Engineering Technician team, providing technical guidance and support.

4. Collaborate with other engineering teams and departments to ensure efficient operations.
5. Develop and implement engineering processes to improve team performance.
6. Identify areas for improvement and develop processes to address them.
7. Monitor trends and developments in engineering technologies and apply them to team operations.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
9. Maintain records and documentation for engineering operations.
