- Oversee the Infrastructure and Security department, ensuring the safety and reliability of our technological infrastructure.
- Develop and implement security measures to protect the company's assets.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support for their day-to-day tasks.
- Monitor and maintain the company's infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement appropriate solutions.

- Collaborate with external vendors to source and implement new technology solutions as needed.
- Identify and troubleshoot any infrastructure or security issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage budgets for the Infrastructure and Security department.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to infrastructure and security.

Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Secure Infrastructure Solutions: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In Infrastructure Engineering And Security, With A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Secure Solutions For Large Organizations.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Compliance Standards: As A Lead Engineer, Infrastructure And Security At Stryker, It Is Important To Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Compliance Standards Such As Iso 27001, Hipaa, And Pci Dss. This Knowledge Will Be Critical In Ensuring That Stryker's Infrastructure And Security Systems Meet The Highest Standards Of Security And Compliance.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Lead Engineer, This Role Will Require The Ability To Lead A Team Of Engineers And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments To Implement Infrastructure And Security Projects.
