  1. Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  3. Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively sell Stryker's medical technology.
  7. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  8. Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales progress.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  10. Continuously seek out ways to improve sales techniques and processes.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  12. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and progress.
  13. Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences to generate leads and promote products.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker and maintain a professional and positive image at all times.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain ethical standards in all sales activities.
