  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies for the APAC region in alignment with Stryker's global compensation philosophy and business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits packages for all employees in the region.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand business needs and provide recommendations for compensation and benefits programs and policies.
  • Lead the annual salary review process for the APAC region, including budget planning, salary structure adjustments, and merit increases.
  • Manage the administration of all compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, bonuses, equity, and other incentives.
  • Partner with external vendors and consultants to design and implement employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in the APAC region.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, job offers, and total rewards communication.
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the region.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of compensation and benefits analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits Analysis, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Apac Compensation Systems, Regulations, And Market Trends.

  • Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Compensation And Benefits Professionals.
