  • Oversee and maintain the accuracy and integrity of all material master data for the company's global operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
  • Develop and implement data quality standards and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all systems and processes.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for data management enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all material master data inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Train and mentor team members on data management best practices and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data compliance and security.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve material master data processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement new data management tools and systems as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management to incorporate best practices into company processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Material Master Data Management, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sap Or Other Erp Systems And Their Data Structures, Along With Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Data Governance Strategies And Processes To Ensure Accuracy And Consistency Of Material Master Data.
