  1. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing global inventory levels in accordance with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of analysts to drive continuous improvement in inventory management processes.
  3. Conduct data analysis and develop reports to monitor inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of inventory strategies.

  6. Utilize inventory management software and tools to track and analyze inventory levels and make data-driven decisions.

  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks to inventory management, such as supply chain disruptions or excess inventory.
  9. Communicate inventory performance and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  10. Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technology to continuously improve inventory management processes.
  12. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all inventory-related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Inventory Management Or Supply Chain Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Inventory Management And Supply Chain Processes.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Software, Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Sap.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.
