  1. Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to drive cost savings and improve efficiency.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams across global operations to identify and resolve inventory management issues.
  3. Lead the development and maintenance of inventory management processes and procedures.
  4. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
  5. Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
  6. Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure seamless inventory flow and minimize stockouts.
  7. Provide regular reports and updates on inventory performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Train and mentor team members on inventory management best practices and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Inventory Management: A Lead Analyst, Global Inventory At Stryker Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Principles And Techniques, As Well As Experience In Implementing Inventory Control Processes.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Large Amounts Of Data From Multiple Sources And Present It In A Clear And Concise Manner To Inform Decision-Making.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes: A Lead Analyst, Global Inventory Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And How They Impact Inventory Levels, Including Forecasting, Procurement, And Logistics.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Lead Analyst, This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Lead And Mentor A Team Of Analysts.

  • Experience With Inventory Management Software: Stryker Utilizes Various Inventory Management Software Systems, So Experience With These Tools Is Preferred. Additionally, Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools Is Necessary For This Role.
