Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field; Mba Or Cpa Certification Preferred

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Metrics, Budgeting, And Forecasting Processes

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Develop A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Coaching

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Finance Stakeholders.
