  1. Develop and implement compliance analytics strategies and initiatives to ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
  2. Lead a team of analysts and provide guidance and support in conducting data analysis and compliance investigations.
  3. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify potential compliance risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices and ensure compliance efforts are in line with current standards.
  7. Conduct training and educational programs for employees to promote a culture of compliance.
  8. Conduct audits and investigations to identify and resolve compliance issues.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulators and auditors, to ensure compliance with regulations.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on compliance analytics and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance efforts and investigations.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance efforts.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner in all compliance-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Analytics, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards, Such As Fda Regulations And Iso Standards.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Sql, Tableau, And Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
