  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stryker's business operations and industry trends.
  2. Lead a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop reporting solutions to address them.
  4. Create and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing key insights and recommendations.
  5. Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain data governance protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency of all business reports.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot any data issues or discrepancies and work towards finding solutions.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously seek out new and innovative ways to improve reporting processes.
  9. Mentor and train junior analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge in data analysis and reporting.
  10. Proactively identify and communicate any potential risks or challenges in data analysis to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Reporting.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Experience Presenting Financial Data To Executives And Other Stakeholders.
