
Key Account Executive - MedSurg

- Manage and grow key accounts for our MedSurg product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the medical industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account plans and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote our products and services.
- Train and educate customers on our products and their benefits.
- Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's reputation in the market.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales tools and materials.
- Continuously improve and enhance relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Medsurg Market.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Medsurg Industry, Including Market Trends, Competition, And Customer Needs.
