Job Description

Welcome to the Stryker team! We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. We are seeking a candidate with a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts.
  5. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with key accounts to review performance and address any concerns.
  6. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on key account status and sales activity.
  11. Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company’s values and mission to key accounts.
  13. Continuously seek to improve processes and strategies to enhance key account management.
  14. Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.
  15. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies for key accounts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Accounts

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Influence Decision-Makers

  • Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Understanding Of Hospital Purchasing Processes And Regulations.
