Sales Experience: A Key Account Executive At Stryker Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry. This Experience Should Include A Track Record Of Consistently Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Key Account Executive As They Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Accounts. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: The Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Plans For Key Accounts Is An Important Qualification For This Role. A Key Account Executive Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Develop Strategies To Capitalize On Them.
