Stryker is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Joint Replacement Sales Intern to join our team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market penetration and customer engagement.
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  3. Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the orthopedic industry to expand market share and identify new products.
  4. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Stryker’s products and services.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations on sales data and customer feedback.
  7. Provide product training and support to customers.
  8. Utilize customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  9. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  10. Assist with the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
