  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote and sell Stryker's joint replacement products.
  2. Utilize sales techniques to identify and qualify potential customers and develop strategies to meet sales targets.
  3. Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and proper use of Stryker's joint replacement products.
  4. Conduct market research and gather insights to identify opportunities for growth and development within the joint replacement market.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales leads, and sales activities using CRM software.
  7. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote Stryker's joint replacement products.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide recommendations for business improvement.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously develop and improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
  12. Represent Stryker in a positive and professional manner, upholding the company's values and brand image at all times.
  13. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  14. Maintain a high level of organization and time management to effectively manage a busy and dynamic sales territory.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and providing support and assistance to colleagues when needed.

Job Qualifications
