  1. Promote and sell Stryker's joint replacement products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other medical facilities.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to increase sales and brand loyalty.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and provide education on the benefits and features of Stryker's joint replacement products.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' products to effectively position Stryker's products in the market.
  6. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to generate leads and expand the company's customer base.
  7. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and market data.

  15. Complete all necessary training and certifications to stay current on product knowledge and sales strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Biomedical Engineering.

  • Previous Experience In Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In Orthopedics.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Present Information To Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Medical Terminology Related To Joint Replacement Procedures.
