  1. Promote and sell Stryker's joint replacement products to healthcare professionals.
  2. Work alongside top-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
  4. Continuously learn about Stryker's products, industry trends, and competition to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Utilize sales techniques to identify and qualify potential customers and generate leads.
  8. Attend conferences, seminars, and other events to network and promote Stryker's products.
  9. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals.
  11. Keep up-to-date with changes and advancements in the medical industry and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  12. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  13. Represent Stryker in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  14. Travel to meet with customers and attend events as needed.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • 2-3 Years Of Previous Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Orthopedics.

  • Knowledge Of Joint Replacement Products And Procedures.
