  1. Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement network improvements and upgrades.
  4. Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or vulnerabilities.
  5. Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in networking technology, making recommendations for implementation as appropriate.
  7. Assist in managing network-related vendor relationships and contracts.
  8. Create and maintain network policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance.
  9. Work closely with other IT team members to provide support and training as needed.
  10. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and emergency situations.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for network-related projects and initiatives.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide updates, gather information, and collaborate on projects.
  14. Mentor and train junior members of the IT team and provide technical guidance and support.
  15. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  16. Maintain and update network security protocols to ensure protection against cyber threats.
  17. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  18. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including change management processes.
  19. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests related to network issues.
  20. Act as a liaison between the IT department and other business units, ensuring a smooth flow of communication and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Networking Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Complex Network Infrastructure. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols, Routing, Switching, And Security.

  • Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Networking Technologies And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Networking Issues. They Should Have Experience With Cisco Networking Equipment, Lan/Wan Connectivity, And Vpn Technologies.

  • Project Management Skills: The It Senior Infrastructure Engineer Should Have Project Management Experience, Including Creating Project Plans, Managing Timelines, And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Be Able To Lead And Execute Infrastructure Projects From Start To Finish.

  • Certifications: A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field Is Required. The Ideal Candidate Should Also Possess Industry-Recognized Certifications Such As Ccnp, Ccie, Or Equivalent.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And External Vendors. They Should Be Able To Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
