  1. Lead the implementation of SAP solutions in a global manufacturing company, ensuring a successful deployment of SAP modules across all manufacturing operations.
  2. Utilize expert knowledge of SAP modules to analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and standards.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP implementation projects.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for all SAP-related issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  6. Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within current SAP solutions and make recommendations for enhancements.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate end-users on SAP functionality and best practices.
  8. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within SAP systems through regular audits and troubleshooting.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP developments and trends, and make recommendations for incorporating new features and technologies.
  10. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  11. Work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand business needs and develop strategies for leveraging SAP solutions to drive business growth and success.
  12. Communicate project updates, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality.
  14. Uphold a high level of professionalism and act as a positive representative of the company at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Sap Manufacturing Modules, Including Pp, Mm, Qm, And Pm.

  • Demonstrated Experience Leading Large-Scale Sap Implementation Projects Within A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Business Processes And The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Stakeholders.
