  1. Develop and implement IT project plans and strategies to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  3. Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  4. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  5. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment to ensure project success.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate project updates.
  7. Use project management tools and techniques to track project progress and ensure timely completion.
  8. Provide guidance and support to team members, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  9. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with company objectives.
  10. Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
  11. Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in IT project management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  12. Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  13. Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management Within The It Industry.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing Complex It Projects And Programs, Including Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Infrastructure, Software Development Methodologies, And Project Management Tools.
