  1. Conduct research and analysis on current AI and machine learning technologies and their potential applications in the fields of biomedical engineering and sports medicine.
  2. Collaborate with team members to design and develop AI/ML algorithms and models for use in healthcare and sports medicine settings.
  3. Test and evaluate the performance of AI/ML solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Assist in the integration of AI/ML technology into existing Stryker products and services.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML and incorporate new developments into project work.
  6. Communicate and present findings and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving discussions.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, doctors, and product managers, to identify opportunities for AI/ML implementation.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise in AI/ML for the benefit of Stryker.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with sensitive data.
  11. Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
