  1. Assist in post-market quality engineering activities to ensure the safety and efficacy of Stryker's medical device products.
  2. Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to support the development and maintenance of quality systems and processes.
  4. Participate in product testing and validation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and analyze data, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions.
  6. Support post-market surveillance activities, including complaint handling and adverse event reporting.
  7. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including product specifications, test protocols, and reports.
  8. Assist in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential product risks.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas and insights.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Assurance Principles And Regulatory Requirements For Medical Devices, Such As Fda Regulations And Iso Standards.

  • Previous Internship Or Coursework Experience In A Post Market Quality Engineering Role.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Effective Solutions.

  • Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
