  1. Assist in monitoring and maintaining post market quality systems and processes for Stryker's medical devices.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to support quality improvement initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  5. Participate in product complaint investigations and support complaint handling processes.
  6. Create and maintain accurate and organized documentation related to quality processes.
  7. Support the review and approval of engineering changes related to quality.
  8. Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality metrics and reports.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
  10. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards for medical device quality.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment within the Post Market Quality Engineering team.
  13. Represent Stryker in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance quality processes.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Regulations, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Requirements.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Statistical Methods.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
