Interaction Designer (UX/UI)

Stryker is looking for a passionate Interaction Designer (UX/UI) to join our team and help take our product design to the next level. As an Interaction Designer, you will have the opportunity to bring your creative ideas to the table and develop user-friendly designs that will have a direct impact on our customers. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of usability principles and a portfolio that reflects your ability to create exceptional user experiences. We are looking for someone who is a team player, proactive, detail-oriented, and has a passion for crafting high-quality designs.The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor’s degree in UX design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in a UX/UI role • Proficiency in software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Figma, or other design tools • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with user research and usability testing • Ability to articulate design concepts and present to stakeholders • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills If you’re excited by the prospect of joining a fast-paced and innovative team, then we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities: • Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for our customers • Create prototypes, wireframes, and other visual design documents • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately • Adhere to brand guidelines and design standards • Brainstorm ideas for product enhancements and provide creative solutions • Present design concepts to stakeholders • Troubleshoot design issues and provide feedback to improve user experience
