Job Description

Stryker is looking for a creative and experienced Interaction Designer (UX/UI) to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about using cutting-edge technology to create user-friendly interfaces and have an eye for detail, this could be the perfect job for you.We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related discipline, as well as 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design. Demonstrable experience in all stages of the design process and a portfolio showcasing your best work is essential.The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who understands that user experience is key. We want someone who’s creative, organized, and has a sharp eye for detail. You should be comfortable working on multiple projects at once and be able to work both independently and collaboratively.We’re looking for a problem solver with a passion for creating cutting-edge design solutions. Responsibilities:

-Design user interfaces and create user experience designs tailored to our customers' needs

-Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are correctly implemented -Develop design prototypes, mockups, and storyboards to help communicate design ideas and concepts -Conduct user research and usability tests to identify design problems and suggest solutions -Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in user experience design -Develop detailed specifications for design elements and user interactions -Conduct A/B testing to maximize user engagement and satisfaction -Manage and maintain design documentation -Work with product managers and developers to refine designs and ensure the best user experience -Ensure designs are consistent with our brand guidelines
