Interaction Designer (UX/UI)

At Stryker, we are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Interaction Designer (UX/UI) to join our team! Our ideal candidate should have strong experience designing user interfaces, possess a deep understanding of user experience, and be passionate about creating beautiful and intuitive user experiences.The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing a broad range of projects. We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail and a creative flair, who can effectively communicate with other designers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team, and capable of presenting ideas in a clear and concise manner. An understanding of digital design principles, including typography, color, and composition, is essential. Responsibilities:

-Design user interfaces that are intuitive and aesthetically pleasing

-Develop concepts and iterate designs as the product evolves -Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas -Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project delivery is successful -Test user interfaces for usability and user experience -Create and maintain design pattern libraries -Analyze user feedback to improve user experience -Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UX/UI design -Mentor junior designers and provide design feedback and guidance
