Job Description

At Stryker, we are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Interaction Designer (UX/UI) to join our team! Our ideal candidate should have strong experience designing user interfaces, possess a deep understanding of user experience, and be passionate about creating beautiful and intuitive user experiences.The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing a broad range of projects. We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail and a creative flair, who can effectively communicate with other designers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team, and capable of presenting ideas in a clear and concise manner. An understanding of digital design principles, including typography, color, and composition, is essential. The ability to think strategically, develop concepts, and work closely with product teams to iterate and refine designs as the product evolves, is also key.If you are passionate about user experience and have the skills and experience we’re looking for, we look forward to hearing from you.

Responsibilities:

-Design user interfaces that are intuitive and aesthetically pleasing

-Develop concepts and iterate designs as the product evolves -Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas -Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project delivery is successful -Test user interfaces for usability and user experience -Create and maintain design pattern libraries -Analyze user feedback to improve user experience -Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UX/UI design -Mentor junior designers and provide design feedback and guidance
